Our host Jan was very welcoming and helpful. She gave great recommendations on places to visit around the town. The room was lovely and comfortable with everything we needed, plus teas, coffee, and a bottle of wine. We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria Guest House and would love to visit again!

Mary the owner was a really lovely lady, checked everything with going well and left a really good goodie basket for us. The location is excellent for walking you do not need to use the car 👍 Would definitely return

Lovely stay in the isolated guest house, on the edge of snowdonia national park in travel distance of betws y coed, far enough to experience true rural Wales. Run perfectly by the two owners whom made us very welcome. Looking forward to return!

A very rare review – but our stay at Y Capel was absolutely faultless. Although a remote annexe of The Erskine Arms (on the same small street, opposite Erskine Arms) it is absolutely beautiful. Stayed for one night, 10th June 2023, the hosts Huw and Kirsty couldn't have been more welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We were shown to our room and Huw explained that it was next on the list for renovation, but it was more than adequate. Please don't change that bed 😁. Several breakfast options, went for the full Welsh breakfast, tasted amazing. Seriously, couldn't fault it, would definitely go back if in the area.

Very clean, quiet and modern stay. Room had everything we needed and is located in a fantastic place in Llandudno. Breakfast was lovely and they are accommodating to vegetarians. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Not a complaint just a note- we couldn't park on site as we couldn't get our car up the road (car is a mid size SUV). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Tilman again. It was a return trip after a similarly excellent visit last year. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Location was perfect. 10/10!!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the standard was very high. From the moment we arrived Simon was very welcoming and explained how the hotel worked. Our sea view room was superb and could not be faulted. Breakfast was preordered and was of high quality. My husband booked 3 nights here as a birthday treat - and it exceeded my expectations. Both our bedroom and the public spaces were lovely, the food was excellent and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be back!!

We (2 couples) stayed in Ty'n Rhos Country House for the Easter weekend and decided to also stay for dinner 2 out of 3 nights. We were amazed by the comfort, service, and quality. The location was great, an easy drive to the nearby castles, Snowdon railway, and other historical sites. We took the train from London to Bangor and hired a car there. A lovely room, with everything we needed. We received a great welcome when we arrived and were shown to our room. The free parking close by is a big bonus. The room was delightfully furnished and very clean. A perfect choice. We just wished we were able to stay for longer.

Great base for walking the Llanberis path up Snowden. The hosts were extremely welcoming, warm, and knowledgable about the local area. A selection of teas and coffee are available in the lounge area which felt much needed after the climb! Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious athough it was located at the back of the Inn across a beer barrel storage area. The Welsh Breakfast was excellent. The car park was very convenient, as was the situation of the Black Boy.
