Nice one!

This is our 2nd stay at the same hotel, and I would go nowhere else next time. First stay, they have allowed us to check-in as early as 9am and their wifi was great. They also offer shuttle to the nearest airport (SAW). Second stay, we have been upgraded to a suit with no extra cost, it just made our day. They didn't make a big thing out of it, just spontaneously the gentleman at the reception put us in a dream room! The staff are extremely helpful, they offer help with anything (advice,...

Great

Wonderful palace building, dated 1910. Central to Sultanahmet old historic centre of Istanbul. All sites walkable. Yet a haven of peace and tranquility with lovely gardens. Excellent rooms: we had 302 with perfect view of Blue Mosque and Sea of Marmara. Staff friendly, kind, professional. Breakfast spread excellent.

Great hotel. Really cannot fault it at all during our 5 night stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Furkan the bellboy (unsure of spelling) went over and above to help us. Only 5 min walk to main attractions and main street. Very clean with maid service every day. Would definitely recommend arcadia blue.

Everything was great! The room was very nice, clean and modern and the compliments gifts such as chocolates, cakes and snacks made my stay feel extra special and personalised. The staff were all very friendly and amazing - special thanks to doorman Ozgur who helped us when we checked out as our taxi was late and accompanied us for the whole time. The breakfast was high quality and had a large selection and the pool and spa were top quality and felt very luxurious. Plus, the convenience of having...

Amiral Palace Hotel is a must for anybody visiting Istanbul. The property is located in the old town of Istanbul and is walking distance from the major sites of Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. The hotel has undergone a recent refurb and is the only hotel on the stretch to have a swimming pool and sauna facilities. It boasts a rooftop terrace and has its own renowned chef Mrs. Esra Tonelli who won Mastercook. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and are so helpful. Overall an...

First of all, a huge thank you to Engin, Hussein, Murat and everyone at Emerald Mansion Hotel for being such wonderful hosts! They were warm, pleasant and welcoming from the moment I arrived at the hotel and Engin was more than happy to help plan my itinerary on days I made few plans. Hussein was equally as hospitable when booking my itinerary. I really cannot fault my stay at Emerald Mansion Hotel; it’s clean, new, comfortable and within striking distance to Sultanahmet Square where you can...

The Hotel is beautifully designed and well planned with every amenity we needed for our stay. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and within walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and many other tourist spots. Tram line is also very close by. Staff went the extra mile and were available 24hrs a day to help us with everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely use Fer again.

I had a great stay at the hotel, very conviently situated as it was near the main sites. The terrace restaurant had fantastic views of the surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This was my first time staying at GLK Hotel in Istanbul, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Salah at the front desk, who went out of his way to make us feel welcomed on our first arrival. The hotel is in a fantastic location, situated in a quieter part of Istanbul’s Old City. The Blue Mosque is within walking distance, along with many of the other key tourist attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the city. We booked a...

We had a great few days in Istanbul The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the most wonderful room. The hotel booked a cruise and dinner for us and a walking tour of the main sites a 10 minute walk away. Our Tour guide Eylem was amazing. The hotel is clean with good amenities and has close access to all the main sites A great place to stay and visit Istanbul Thank you to all the staff at Seven hills palace

Friendly staff and great location

Our stay at the primero hotel was perfect. It was very homely and you didn’t feel homesick. The staff were helpful and friendly especially Raouf who reassured us that he would be of service for anything we needed which he certainly was. The room was clean and as soon as you left a cleaner came to clean leaving you to come back to fresh sheets and a spotless room. The breakfast had much variety and you could request things like an omelette or scrambled eggs which the chef kindly made. Mustafa at...

I'd gifted myself a quiet weekend visit to the Hagia Sophia, and chose to stay at the Royan Hotel due to its ratings and its proximity to the site. The hotel made contact before I arrived offering any assistance I needed, and agreed to the request I made. Its exceptional customer service continued as the reception staff settled me into my room - with a lovely view of the Bosphorus and the Asian side. I didn't mind getting lost around the floors and buildings that the hotel is spread over,...

Had a really good stay staff were fabulous and very helpful breakfast was nice and hotel was central to walk to grand bazaar mosques etc

Amazing hotel, we loved our stay and will highly recommend it to family and friends

A clean and comfortable room with door through to our children’s room. It was perhaps a little small but comfortable enough for a week of sight seeing. A 10 min walk from the t1 tram to the main sites (come every2min and journey last 10-15mins to Blue Mosque for instance). The staff were helpful and asked daily if all was okay. The breakfast was generous and the room where we ate and lovely 180 degree views. The Pool was small and a bit cool. The steam room and sauna work but needed to ask...
