"The breakfast was amazing 10/10. Gym was good, swimming pool was good, service amazing! However, the room had some problems which were a bit annoying, e.g, shower head wasn’t powerful and also wasn’t screwed on properly had to screw on myself. Bathroom door didn’t fully close which caused wet floor, not end of the world but a bit inconvenient. The most annoying thing was that the steam room didn’t work. I specifically opt for 5* hotels as steam rooms are really good for my asthma and fitness...

average with basic facility and does not meet the expections of 5 star. Taps, shower in the bathroom old and stained. Room walls discoloured and needs attention. Bathroom size small. Refrigerator in the room was not properly cleaned. Breakfast has variety of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Mordan Coshier in the restaurant for making us comfortable.
