"We had to chase up the check in process whilst we were waiting outside the property, no information beforehand. There were a number of issues which we commented on to the owner. There was no response, or any acknowledgement of receiving my message. The issues were mainly solved but the day before we left! "The staff were so accommodating and really friendly and the rooms were ideal for a one night stay. What would be great though is having a few more bits in the room to wash up if you use any of the crockery/cutlery (like washing up liquid and a tea towel) otherwise you have dirty crockery lying around and you have to use the bathroom towels to dry them. Just a small thing, but sometimes makes a big difference!"
