"The caravan was as expected. Comfortable for a short stay. The microwave oven failed and was replaced with a new one immediately. The downside for us was the noise from the clubhouse which was close to us."

"Extremely welcoming and informative when we arrived. Lovely clean room. Food lovely at hotel bar. Only criticism would be only 3 parking places on sight so we had to find an alternative place to park. "

"Very warm welcome, offered advice where we could park as hotel parking was full, £4 for 24 hours. Told and given a map of local restaurants, explained we could bring in take always and help ourselves to plates, cutlery, glasses etc and use the veranda, tables to eat. We only had a very small narrow room with two singles, no window, shower , kettle, spotless, outside our room coffee table and armchairs with a sea view. Also told if you want more coffee, tea, milk come down to checkin and help yourself. Would I stay here again, Most definitely."

"Apologies to the knights rest, but we didn't actually stay there. I booked it on the day for 2 nights through hotels.com. However ten minutes before arriving at our destination the hotel rang me to say that they were closed and on holiday themselves. They apoligised and said hotels.com should have checked their diary and not booked any rooms out. They would be putting in a complaint via Expedia. Have since tried to contact hotels.com to be constantly told by a virtual agent to hang tight, someone will speak to you in an hour. Will have to let credit card company sort it out. "
