"An excellent stay early December. ALL the staff make an effort , very friendly and attentive. Room was a good size and very comfy bed. Only negative was steaming up showering as no ventilation and shower in bedroom. All the food was very good (would prefer buffet at breakfast but that’s my choice) and good value at dinner. Really enjoyed our stay and will certainly go again . Thanks very much "

"We stayed in the Deluxe Apartments which are separate from the hotel, the apartment was spotless with everything you could possibly need, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, pots/pans (washing up liquid, dishtowels, bin bags etc etc..) TV is linked up to Netflix & Amazon. Space in all the rooms was bigger than expected. The view from the rooms was amazing. Perfect location, 3 min stroll into the town which has cafe's, pubs, couple restaurants, Spa shop, pasty shop. We cannot speak for the hotel as we did not use or go into other than to check in. No complaints at all, would definitely return."

"What a find … a short break here smashed all expectations! The room was superb and the food exceptional- probably the best breakfast we have ever had in an English hotel and our steak at dinner was sublime. The staff were all very customer oriented and professional. We recommend this place to anyone and we are definitely returning!"
