Spacious, contemporary and stylish, this is the place for a great Cornish Holiday for you, your friends and family. Sleep well in the modern en-suite bedrooms, relax in the enormous lounge, escape to the garden or orangery style dining room - play the free table football. A short walk from the centre of Wadebridge where there independent shops, good pubs, coffee shops and restaurants to enjoy, Orchard house features 3 large ensuite double bedrooms, ideal for 3 couples or with beds made up as twins suitable for single groups and children.
Wadebridge is a thriving former market town, ideally situated almost in the centre of Cornwall - perfect for exploring the beautiful beaches and coastline on both the North and South Coast. There are ample bus links up and down the Coast and across Cornwall for car free days and a plethora of holiday attractions all within easy reach.
The house is in a very quiet and safe area of Wadebridge and features a comfortable lounge, glass topped dining room as well as a private garden with facilities for outside dining and barbeques.
The large fully fitted kitchen is complete with everything you will need including a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and Tassimo coffee machine as well as gas hob and electric oven.
The ensuite bedrooms (complete with robes and slippers and toiletries) can be configured as 3 doubles ( super king and king) or 6 singles or any combination i.e 2 singles and 2 doubles to suit your needs.
As well as free off road parking for 2 cars, for the more active there is secure storage for bikes, golf clubs, surfboards, super fast wifi throughout and Netflix streaming on the lounge and bedroom televisions.
Wadebridge is at the heart of the Camel Trail, an 18 mile off road walking and cycling trail which heads to Bodmin and Bodmin Moor one way and along the Camel estuary to Padstow the other.
There are regular buses from both Padstow and Bodmin so one way walks are no problem and easy bike hire available in the town.
We are within a few miles of Padstow, Port Isaac, Tintagel, Boscastle and the clean sandy beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay, Rock, Harlyn, Trevone, Constantine, Treyarnon and Porthcothan with surfing and sandcastles for all.

Amazing stay at Orchard House!

My friends and I just got back from a long weekend at Orchard house and it was fantastic. Steve was so helpful, responsive and lovely during our stay, he was even there to welcome us with the kettle boiled! The house is spacious and very clean with a great garden. It was extremely comfortable with all amenities carefully planned and lots of nice extra touches (bath robes in every room!) we would give this place 5 stars and would definitely come back again if we’re in Cornwall. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Great spacious property.

Steve has a very homely, comfortable house. Everything was thought of and catered for with some lovely touches. Fresh bread and butter, Cornish biscuits, a bottle of wine and a greeting card awaited us when we walked through the door. A short walk into town with some great restaurants and pubs. Tiny Thai and Warnes being 2 of them. Good central location to explore north or south Cornwall. Padstow only 25 mins away.
