"The location is at perfect distance from the beach and its attractions. It is a safe and cheap alternative for solo travelers without sharing bedroom or bathroom. Very clean, nice view, and overall comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Brighton."

"For a budget type guesthouse we felt the accommodation was very good. The welcome received was very good and professional, the room we booked was a superior type room which was very clean and functional. "Everything was great!"

"although the room and building are bit old, it was clean and the shower worked well. Perfectly comfortable bed, blackout blinds and enough space. I had a problem with my keybox checking in, but someone answered the support line quickly and sorted things out. Just understand that there is no reception, no extra services like back check or parking and it's a fine hotel."
