"A beautiful place to stay in. The cottage had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It was immaculate and stylish. The view up to Beacon Hill was amazing and the surrounding countryside reminded you of how England should look. The hosts Eileen & Chris were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely stay there again. Ditchling is fascinating with period houses it’s steeped in history. A tip you must have an afternoon tea at the Nutmeg Tree tea room."

Penny was such an attentive and communicative host who went out of her way before, on arrival and during our stay to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We were so grateful for the thoughtful touches (fire ready to light, welcome basket of goodies and later check out) which really made us feel very welcome and ‘at home’."
