Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home, furnished with amenities. Great location near the park, Hertel ave and Elmwood village.

Short drive to Niagara Falls, very close to highways and short drive to the airport.

Spacious and comfortable, large yard in the back on a quiet street. Great for families and anyone looking to explore the Buffalo area. Not far from canal side, and an easy commute to anywhere in Buffalo.

Nice property, great location

The property was immaculate, comfortable and well equipped. The location near Buffalo Zoo, Delaware Park and the Elmwood strip, and proximity to the downtown, is great. We visit Buffalo regualrly to see family and will definitely stay there again.

Terrible place to rent!!!

The hosts for this house were great! Responded quickly to any questions from us. Unfortunately there are railroad tracks right behind the garage. About 20 trains run from 6:45 am to 1:00 am. Very noisy. Also, TV only gets Netflix. They have no cable but use a weak antenna. No ABC, NBC, or CBS. WNED comes in sporadically. Kitchen barely furnished. Very little silverware, plates all chipped. Linens for bed terrible. Towels so-so. Furnishings very poor and uncomfortable. Need to use covers for couches. Neighbors very noisy. One house 2 blocks away plays horrible music all day long and into the night very very loudly.

Easy to access home in Buffalo

The house was well-set up and easy to be at. The check-in process was not clear. Even the morning of, we did not know what we needed to do. I had to reach out to the property manager to find out what to do. But once we got the info, it all went smoothly.

The location was convenient. The house was clean and as advertised. The only suggestion I have is to include instructions on operating the tv.

Buffalo visit

The owners were very accommodating however we felt the property was not cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival. Besides that the only other concern was the one air condition for the entire house, they did have a fan which helped. The house was walking distance to stores and you can’t beat the price.

Nice place in a cute neighborhood

The house overall was clean and set up well. There was clear visibility to recent upgrades. It was centrally locates to many attractions. (Buffalo and Niagara Falls). The nightlife in the town was very appealing and information about those places was offered by the home owner. I would highly recommend this home for a family vacation or just a weekend getaway .

The place had a good location but not really “air conditioned” and not very clean.

The place had a good location but really needs a good cleaning. Not enough towels for the people we said we were bringing and the air conditioning was one window unit in the back bedroom and two fans.
