She always was rude like she was in some hurry. I loved the guy that worked in the kitchen, he seemed friendly. The room was nice. It was supposed to be clean on the third day, it never did get clean. When I called to asked the front, they said oh well did you ask to have it cleaned, I was like yes I did because I had garbage to throw out. She gave me two big garbage bags and told me just to put the garbage outside my door. The phones in the hotel were awful to the point where the lady had to tell me to go downstairs to talk. The internet was awful awful and the tv kept glitching. Nothing worked for long. The only thing I really loved about the hotel was the pool hours. It was opened to 10pm and my son and I would take advantage of it. When I asked her where my other $50 for change was, she rolled her eyes, said "whatever, I don't even care." Then took the $50 bill back out of the envelope and threw it at me.
