We had an amazing time the in Four Seasons Gresham Palace. The room was lovely and the bathroom was very luxurious. The hotel staff were all fluent in English and were only too happy to help with whatever we needed, for example, booking taxis for us, offering us robes & towels to take to the Turkish Baths. The Spa at the hotel was lovely and clean and although the pool was only small (two lanes) we often had it all to ourselves.

We had a great stay! Beautiful room with great amenities! Fortunate to have a balcony with our room! We booked a suite which was very spacious. Coffee machine in room! Great shower!
Breakfast was perfect! Something for everyone and even though buffet wasn’t busy.
Come back after a busy day! Enjoy a free coffee in lobby!
We decided to get the 100E bus from airport! Super easy! Around £5 per person. Pay on bus! Every 5 minutes. Only 3 stops! Great mode of transport!

We really enjoyed our stay in this magnificent little hotel. The style of the interior is very noble and you feel at home immediately. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We had no issues in any way. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom has everything you could need. Everything is stylish in a rather dark themed way. Hotel sits in a very good location for everything you'll want to see and do in Budapest. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant very good. The hotel is very well designed, with some lovely little subtle aspects of detail. Guy working behind the bar with a cool waxed moustache really knew how to mix a mean cocktail. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends in the future if they go to this fabulous city.

When is the best time to go to Budapest City Centre?
The best time to go to Budapest City Centre is during the shoulder seasons of spring (April-May) and autumn (September-October) when the weather is pleasant and the city is less crowded.
For those who prefer mild temperatures and fewer tourists, April and May offer comfortable conditions for exploring the city on foot. You'll find the parks and gardens, such as City Park, in full bloom, making for lovely strolls. Outdoor cafes begin to open, and there's a pleasant buzz in areas like the Jewish Quarter.
September and October also provide ideal weather, with crisp air and often sunny days, superb for sightseeing and enjoying the thermal baths without the summer rush. The autumn colours along the Danube River add a picturesque quality to the city, especially around Margaret Island. This period is also popular for cultural events, including wine festivals.
While summer (June-August) is popular for its outdoor activities and festivals, it can be quite hot and crowded.
