"Very nice hotel. Beds are really comfortable & a quiet position. Didn't eat at the hotel as we met up with family & friends who live in Southsea, therefore we ate at various restaurants etc. The only thing that annoyed me a little was that I was under the impression we paid on checkout, only to be told payment had been taken 2 days before our arrival. I do think, out of courtesy I should have been advised of this."
