"Friendly and helpfull staff 24hr front desk. Basic Breakfast available however other places inside service station and a starbucks or greggs just down the road.
Lunch and evening meal menu available or again can use the service station outlets. Personaly I just had food in the hotel.
Rooms are pretty good and shower is great 👍

"Had such an Exelent time at this hotel Breakfast was amazing there was a pool gym sauna steam room everything you need at your fingertips so I am coming back near end off febuary staff were just amazing came with family coming back with Family so nice people come to this hotel so looking forward to coming back"

- Family stays shine at this Newcastle hotel, where playground fun meets a convenient airport location and bright terrace gardens.
"A one night stop, to visit Newcastle. Not actually at the airport, it was a brisk 10min walk from the Kingston Park Metro, a couple of stops away.
In the unseasonal heat, the aircon of the room struggled to keep the room cool, but otherwise no complaints.
Having inclusive breakfast proved exceptional value, as it was very well stocked."
