"In advance of our stay, Roy was clear and helpful with our booking and responding to our queries. Roy kindly was able to accommodate our check-in request for arrival time. The property is excellent. The living area is so comfortable, homely and bright. The outside courtyard is a lovely addition and perfect to relax in when the sun is out. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to move around in. The master bedroom is huge with plenty of storage space including a walk-in wardrobe. The en-suite is also incredibly spacious and the supplied Arran Aromatics toiletries are a lovely touch. It is a great location for seeing and enjoying North Berwick including very close and easy access to the beach.We would highly recommend staying here. "

"A wonderful home away from home. A blend of modern appliances and traditional architecture and furniture. Located perfectly at the edge of the main shops along High Street, so that everything was within walking distance. Andrew Hinds is the perfect landlord: Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. He helped at every step of our step: two years of full refunds when we could not make our trip, followed by excellent help in making this one work. He taught us how to use Whatsapp, gave us the links to the service staff and local transportation. Gordon gave us a thorough introduction to the house, and Lyndsey came by weekly to keep it clean.This was our seventh or so visit to N Berwick, but the first without a car or golf clubs. We just came to enjoy being there. The Sunday Times listed N Berwick as the most livable town in the UK, but we have considered it that for the past 40 years: our home away from home."
