"The house was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our short trip to Bristol, but undoubtedly the stand-out feature was the location. The house was a short and easy walk from Bristol Temple Meads (less than 10 minutes) and in a very pleasant residential area, that felt very safe. We were able to walk into Cabot Circus, there was a green space nearby (Castle Park) plus a supermarket with all of the essentials. Tea, coffee and basic toiletries and cleaning products were provided....

"It is an excellent property which I’d highly recommend. The one caveat is that I did have to contact the host for arrival details and for the WiFi information, whereas I’d expect them to provide these without prompting. Otherwise everything was good. The property was clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful when I smashed a glass item (of mine) and brought over a vacuum cleaner. I also reported that the washing machine wasn’t working and it was replaced 2 days later."
