"The hotel was in a great location and the decor and room was wonderful. The staff unfortunately was chaos personified. No one communicated amongst themselves and time after time we were told one thing by one manager, another by this person and so on, resulting in room moves, our luggage not being brought to the room, double deposits paid, issues with the parking, you name it. My requests to speak to a manager were never answered. "
