Horrible Horrible. They do not have a microwave on site, but yet they want to charge you $10/ day to rent you a microwave. Drivers be aware, they charge $20/day to park your car, but they do not tell you until you check out. No bottle water upon arrival. Not coming back.

This hotel accepts dogs which is fantastic...BUT when you are not a responsible dog owner and you are startled from sleep at 7am, because owners have left their two dogs in their room and they are barking and howling in discontent,...let’s just say I got NO sleep. I travel with 2 dogs, and in a town like Annapolis that accepts dogs everywhere you go, this is unacceptable. If your dogs suffers severe anxiety, when owners are not present, take them with you. If they don’t behave then don’t travel with them or kennel them. This hotel needs to have strict procedures in place for those who travel with dogs. Others are paying lots of money and need their sleep because in a time like this, especially traveling for VERY important business, a quiet calm environment is everything for conducting business the next day.

The location of this hotel is great but be prepared to add $20 a day for parking and the air conditioning unit is so loud that not one of my 4 family members was able to get any sleep during our stay. The worst part about this is that we were in town for a funeral and we were completely sleep deprived from our stay at the Hilton.
