We were attending a concert at Levi Stadium. We had snacks and cocktails in the hotel bar, service was amazing, food was delicious as were the cocktails. Breakfast was buffett and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.

It was a 48er game day so 20-30 wait times on the elevator, no seating, noisy, and chaotic are to be expected. Most staff were lovely except for the check in staff. She was curt and plain rude. We will stay here again solely because of location. However it was very disappointing for the price 😖

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency to be close to California's Great America. The location was perfect and was less than a 5 minute walk to the park. The rooms were VERY comfortable and clean. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Special shout out to Teresa at the front desk! She was so very helpful and knowing it was my birthday, provided special amenities for me. She made our stay very special!
