Parking was far from room, had to lug bags a very long distance even though a road access could be used for baggage dropoff. Some staff members were very rude, didn't seem to want to be there. Buildings need attention, very rundown. Location was good.

Parking is a bit inconvenient. The parking lot pathway to the actual building was not cleaned from the ice and snow which was inconvenient and simply dangerous to slip for my mother in law. Over all great stay.
