This is the third year we are staying at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is good. The shower wasn’t great in one room, but we were back a week later and the shower we got was good. The beds are very comfortable. It is about 40 to 60 minutes from DC depending on traffic.

Hot Breakfast was very good. Location was close to metro station. They even cleaned the room once and I was only there for 2 days, I usually don't see that. I was very pleased with the stay. I went to the metro station each day to travel to DC and the zoo.

I was there for 4 nights and was very much enjoying my room until the 3rd day when I saw and killed a roach in my room. Then I had the Willie’s from then on. I told staff and I am not sure what they did , but my stay was ruined for me. It very well could have been from another guest, that they brought it with them as my room had 2 connecting rooms and could have crawled underneath door?? Apart from that incident, I enjoyed a comfortable bed, breakfast was decent , location for my trip was perfect. Always found good parking spot, and the tv channels and options were very good.

The Comfort Inn was older but well cared for meaning everything worked. The beds were comfortable, and there were helpful soap both solid and liquid to make up for forgetting to bring something. Everything seemed clean, the staff was helpful and the breakfast variety was adequate, clean and orderly. It’s also walking distance from the Shady Grove Metro Station. I would have liked something pointing out how to get a Taxi, local buses but I failed to ask because I was busy and I’m certain they would have helped.

This was a fine property but not awesome. Very clean but many of the amenities were disappointing. Gym was bare bones, not even free-weights and a yoga mat :-(. Hair dryer broken, small things like that, but very very clean and helpful staff. Lots of groups seemed to have booked stays so breakfast was a nightmare through the whole thing. However it was in a good area for food and had a working minifridge.
