"Cute and stylish cottage (we were in the Milking Parlour), easy to find and good location. Cosy for a few days for a couple but the outside space a bit disappointing. Inside the cottage is pretty much exactly as per the photos. It's stylish and cleverly designed for multi-functional self-catering. Even has a dishwasher! "Second time at the Summer House. The best indicator i can give is i read 2 books. The location near to Lyndhurst and to Lymington is perfect for reducing travelling. Never realised how close we were to Beaulieu and Bournemouth. A day at Beaulieu wasn't long enough so a return is on the books. Travelling to Bournemouth and other seaside places is a waste of the tranquility of the stay. Walking the New Forest, on the doorstep is a dream. We will return in a heart. Alan"

"We cannot wait to stay at Mallards View again. Wonderful property with everything you need in place, including some very welcomed extra treats. It is situated across the road from a lovely park and duck pond, in a very quiet area. The perfect property for complete rest and relaxation. We cannot praise it enough and hope its available when we stay on the island again."

"We spent 3 nights here over easter weekend Plenty of room for 4 adults (one in a wheel chair ) and 2 small dogs The property is right in the heart of the new forest And close to beautiful beach of Milford on sea lovely walks, Plus local shops just up the road Extremely comfortable every thing you will need in the house And bonus of a beautiful garden We were very lucky with the weather Highly recommended place to stay"

"Property was tired and not as shown. Not clean. We had light bulbs that didn’t work, chipped crockery, a small tv with a router that kept the screen image blinking throughout programmes and then to cap it all a blocked sink in the downstairs toilet. We left before the end of our stay. Would never go back."

"The cottage is ideally located, only a short 5-10 minute drive to the coast and is on its own in a private part of the retreat. The enclosed garden is perfect if you have a dog with you and would be a lovely space to enjoy in the spring / summer. The kitchen had everything you could need and the bedrooms are light and airy, although little things like making sure there is salt in the salt grinder would be appreciated. Thoughts where the cottage could benefit: adding a mirror in the bedrooms...

"I enjoyed a lovely break in a beautiful home. Very convenient location and close enough to walk to Appley Beach for my dog. Everything you could need in the home (not sure it mentioned a freezer but it has one for your convenience. I either overlooked this on description or it doesn’t mention it but it’s definitely a bonus)."

"Stayed with my young family, sister and mum in this extremely well equiped lodge which was situated on a very quiet part of Shorefield holiday park. The lodge was amazing value for money and contained everything needed for a relaxing break. We have stayed at Shorefield before and its a great location with indoor/outdoor pools, steam room, sauna, arcades etc. Amazing break and we will be renting this lodge again!"
