"Very spacious appartment and good sized balcony, 5 adults could comfortably sit out on it. All facilities we needed were there. Beds very comfortable and nice bedding. Great transport links to london especially bus. Self check in was easy. Communication with host excellent. If we visit London again we would definitely book this apartment again. "

"We are a retired couple and really enjoyed our stay in this lovely studio flat. It was even more spacious than it appears in the photos. The bed was super comfortable and the flat was toasty warm in spite of the unusually cold temperatures outside. An added bonus was the discovery of the neighborhood Kiln Theatre- we enjoyed an amazing musical there- do check it out. What a wonderful flat- would definitely recommend it!"

"A beautiful space, that has been tastefully designed, within an amazing complex. Huge windows which makes the space bright and the bathroom is gorgeous bathroom and luxurious fluffy towels made my stay so nice. Everything you need in the kitchen space, with large Fridge/freezer. The neighborhood is calm and safe with many shops and restaurants nearby. The host was always replying to our messages and explaining everything we asked. "Firstly the good, the property is super clean, nice bed, bathroom, clean kitchen and living room. Also it’s right next to underground stop for easy onward travel. The only thing I didn’t like is that the property isn’t really setup for short term let as except towels and bedding, there is no other items such as cups/glasses/plates/cutlery etc at all in the property."

It ended up being fine, we had a family of five and the 3 kids all had their own bed to stay in, and the location was honestly perfect and surrounded by really great local foods. "We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable."

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "
