Very attentive staff despite arriving on a busy Saturday evening. Clean rooms, nice food with great service. Parked round the back so don't panic if no parking at the front. Booked family room which was on first floor - but no lift so tricky with baby buggy. Also room was quite warm and AC didn't work, but saying that I would book here again and was happy with this hotel.

The staff, particularly Jasmine, were excellent in gheur customer service.

Clean room and good value for money. Slightly under staffed in my opinion but the staff available where great. Very close to Hook Train station which is what I needed as this was a business trip to be close to Basingstoke. Had a great nights sleep.

We stayed with our 2 children for just one night in a family room. The room was really spacious and the beds very comfortable. We’d certainly stay here again if we were in the area. Breakfast was included in the room price and was delicious. All in all a lovely but short stay.

Beautiful hotel, recently renovated which means they have state of the showers, beautiful throws and proper duvets, spotless white gorgeous bedding, fantastic decor throughout the hotel. The rooms are separated slightly from the fullers pub with a separate entrance. The breakfast was fabulous where you can order from a menu and food is made to order and fresh, included full English breakfast, eggs florentine, pancakes with fruit and maple syrup, porridge with fresh fruit. Fantastic new hotel with great facilities but no tea/ coffee or even a glass in the room so not great if you are thirsty!

A very comfortable pleasant hotel, we went for the tennis courts, the staff and facilities were very good, a room fridge would have been nice, and a later breakfast finish on weekdays would have meant we didn't go hungry on Monday morning.

Haven’t been to Aviator Hampshire for a number of years, but it was just as lovely as I remembered. Room, Sky Bar, Breakfast, Staff - all exceptional. Special mention to Will on the front desk and Poppy who was assisting with breakfast in the morning. I’d highly recommend and I plan to return in the near future. Thank you!

From the moment we checked in the whole stay was second to none, normally this is a one or perhaps two night stay but we had about a week there. The staff were so helpful and very courteous on all levels, the room was clean and lovely bath towels provided. We went to the mill theatre and decided to stay over at the hotel. It was in an ideal position as only a short walk to the theatre. The room was lovely

Reasonable for Reading, while basic in decor it is what you can expect for the price, the staff are all really friendly and helpful to a fault. Always stay here as it represents value in my opinion, great parking and easy access to the town. 20 mins to the centre.
