A nice old place on waterfront - a bit tired looking but inside all functions as well as expected for an old hotel . Lovely helpful staff . Basic bathroom that was very used and ready for refurb .

Lovely room with beautiful view that I wasn’t expecting. Easy to get to beach, town etc without need to take car out . Lovely food served in sister restaurant with full use of there facility’s. All staff were friendly and very attentive would definitely stay again 😁

Best place to stay in Bournemouth

This was one of the best holidays I ever had, and the hotel experience made it so much better. They first upgraded us to a sea-view room from a standard room. Then whenever we needed something, it was available. The facilities at the next door in Charlton is amazing as well. I generally don’t provide a review after a stay, but they actually went above and beyond to make us happy, which is very rare here in the UK. Adding to the amazing service is the cost, which I felt is very reasonable as well
