"Decent hotel for the price, very dated and a little TLC would make the place a great stay! Receptionist staff a little nonchalant but other staff were friendly and helpful "

"I’ve stayed here 3 times before. The staff are excellent everytime. For some reason everytime I come I get the loudest rooms looking onto walls or roofs, whereas people I’m travelling with get balconies & views onto the courtyard. On this particular stay my room was next to a huge machine that was left on all night. It was incredibly loud & was hard to fall asleep. (To be fair I didn’t mention this to them at the time as it was 11pm & I had an early wake up the next day, so i’m unsure if they could have moved me or not.) On previous stays I’ve woken up at 7.30am to the noise of pickleball being played loudly in the sports hall. This last stay would potentially put me off coming back. It wasn’t a one off so I don’t think I’d want to take the risk again."

"I had to check in late, but the receptionist was very accommodating in making sure I could check in. Rooms were very nice, just wish I had more time to use the spa facilities."

"Located close to Ascot, but maybe far enough to drive as over a mile. Sunninghill is about half a mile up the hill. Hotel is a little tired, but does the job. The bar is fine, as is breakfast - what one would expect. The spa and pool ar ok - although two lanes for swimming aren't wide enough for two people, and often there are kids fighting with long noodle floats. The steam room is good some days, smelling clean and fresh, but other days it smells sweaty and dull. There's an outside jacuzzi."
