"Overall experience is not bad. There's shopping center nearby where you can buy grocery/breakfast if you intend to eat in the hotel. And an underground parking for the hotel, which is convenient but the overnight fee is a little high to my taste. So, if you have a rental there's not really other choices because finding parking in the city is like a treasure hunt. The service could be better, I never got my bath towel I requested during my 3 night stay..."

"We stayed in Novotel Bordeaux Lac for 5 days and had a lovely time! Our room was comfortable and clean, the food at the hotel restaurant was very nice, the staff kind and helpful and our 9 year old son also enjoyed the games room which had an XBox and a bar football. Highly recommended!"
