"The property was beautiful, in a great location. The surrounding area was amazing and we got so lucky with the weather. The Bay View & the Stag were great pubs and the chippy directly opposite was a god-send on arrival. The facilities at the property were more than sufficient, more than enough of everything. Couldn't recommend more."

"Our stay was wonderful! We stayed with 2 dogs and another couple and everything we needed was met with ease. There were all the usual amenities and more! The lovely owners even left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us! It was a little difficult to find but they sent a lovely email with details directions which made it easy. "Where to start. The only positive comment is that the holiday park that the property is situated is lovely, with good facilities. If I was the owner of the park, I wouldn't allow this cottage to be associated with it. Now for the negatives. 1. Firstly the picture shown on the website is nothing like the property looks like and should be removed. Its an old terraced cottage. That needs a lot of TLC to the front and rear of the property. 2. "Great little getaway for myself, my wife and our dogs. The place itself is finished to a really high standard and very cosy, especially when the log burner is on. The mezzanine is great and has a really comfy bed. The only thing that would have made it better is if the front area was fenced off with it being dog friendly however that certainly didnt ruin it for us. Would definitely recommend "

"Lovely warm property, well equipped kitchen, games to play and books to read. Great hosts there to show us around and let the kids feed the chickens, which they loved. Lovely little food parcel to welcome us which the kids loved dipping into. Beautifully clean and comfortable with extra blankets and throws for snuggling. We didn’t realise there was no bath when we booked which would have added to the experience and eased our muscles after hiking Snowdon but it is on the listing that it is shower...

"I am a widower of a certain age and I found Ty Rhiannon an ideal place to stay but it would also be ideal for a couple without mobility issues given the stairs . For me personally I could not fault the accommodation in any shape or form which is homely , tastefully decorated , fully equipped with a spacious and comfortable bedroom I would certainly recommend it and would hope to return next year ."

Kitchen was fully equipped and a great space to bring the family together to eat and chat and plan our day trips. "We booked very last minute and Karen couldn’t have been more helpful! We needed a base near Snowdon and this is a 15 minute drive away. The site itself is just what you’d hope : a bar ( Friday night was bingo!), a lovely river, the grounds beautifully kept and a well stocked shop with all sorts from loo roll to jewellery!
