"Worst experience ever! Host was so bad, wouldn’t communicate. We had to chance for the access details. We traveled over 3 hours to turn up after a day at Alton towers around 7.30pm to find the access details were wrong. After chasing for the correct ones we found that the property wasn’t what we paid for. We had 3 adults and 7 children (10people) and there were only 2 double beds and a single to sleep 5. The property was a lovely house but not listed as only having space for 5 people to sleep....

"Convenient location 2 mins of M6 Jnc 13, easy access to car park, quick check in( Aidan) very efficient, excellent room very clean great beds and shower. Superb dining area, staff helpful with Gluten Free options and Dietary knowledge. The excellent price made it a go to on my next visit to Stoke."
