Disappointing stay
Room was very small, could do with re-decorating, no wardrobe, shower very very small, cleaner didn't come in our room for the 3 night stay once

Unfortunately you booked a small budget double. As covid is still very much with us our house keeping staff will not be going into rooms to try and reduce the chances of having a covid out break in the hotel which would lead to the hotel being shut.

Great Blackpool B&B
Great location for Blackpool as away from the centre overlooking the sea with its beautiful sunsets. The hosts were fantastic and very welcoming. Breakfast was great and serving considerate of the COVID restrictions. Will stay again.

Convention stay
Really nice little beachfront hotel, clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. We only stayed 2 nights as we were there for a convention, but excellent value for money. It was nice to have breakfast cooked to order, which was delicious an included in the price! Overall, couldn’t really fault it. Not glamorous, but perfect for what we needed, and a very good price :)

Not 100% happy.
Such a shame that they let idiots stay. When we was there apparently someone came in very late and forgot his key. So to get the attention of the manager he set off the fire alarm.... really annoying I know it's not the hotels fault.. other than that it was a pleasant stay and even though I think the room could do with some updating. The window handle had been super glued shut. The bathroom was tiny and looked like someone with zero diy skills put it together. Only positive was the bed was surprisingly comfy.

Thank you for your review ,I totally agree with you regarding the people who set off the alarm, we have no idea what people we will receive on any day as 99% book online. Your room however a budget room is next for a bathroom refit. pleased the bed is comfy.

Made the best of it
Booked for the bank holiday weekend with friends and family for a football tournament which we were all attending 1 hr before check in we all were told our rooms were no longer available. Although our room was given back to us 2 hrs later the rest of the party were left without accommodation. And we were then left to travel there later in rush hour traffic which didn't help with the stress of the dayear. The hotel itself was fine and staff helpful but felt our whole plans were ruined due to not be with or close to friends who we had planned and booked well in advance the trip.

Upsetting day all round booking ,unfortunately out of our hands so pleased we were able to accommodate the guests at all being a bank holiday.

In my view this hotel was so dated, to many steep stairs to climb with little ones, rooms weren't comfortable at all, bathroom to small, awful shower

Cheap and cheerful. The toilet and shower was very small. ( room 11 ) So small and confined that I could sit on the toilet and wash my hands in the washbasin at the same time. Bed was clean. nice breakfast in the morning and the staff were friendly. Was able to park my car off road as well. Have used this hotel a few time. What you get is what you pay for. “Cheap and cheerful”

Hotel was a bit expensive I felt as paid for superior room and not like it shows In picture although the view was amazing which I'm guessing is what you pay for :) The only thing that bothered us really was the rooms were really cold as only 2 small heaters the main heating was off but they did get us more blankets for the kids which was happy with that. Breakfast was loverly and staff were very helpful.

Convenient for travel.
Friendly staff, quiet area with sea view. Big room with seating area and luxurious bed. No bath but view made up for that. Nice breakfast and good service. Excellent value for money.

Although the room needed a lick of paint etc the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great, Great stay for the illuminations although the location is not in the town center don't be put off this is a good location right by the Sea and Tram stops.

Clean and family friendly hotel
A great hotel with friendly approachable staff. Well placed for tram links towards pleasure beach. Far enough away from the piers to ensure a quiet night. Breakfast had a large choice of foods which were cooked to order and delicious. Family room was largel enough for four and tastefully decorated
