"The positives - property was clean, kids liked it, street parking was convenient, price was reasonable. The negatives - some important shortcomings were - there was only one toilet roll for booking of a family of four for 3 nights, the extractor in kitchen was not working, coffee pods were useless because the water reservoir in the coffee machine was not working."

I was able to contact the owners easily and they responded to my requests for extra crockery promptly. "We were only staying for a few days but they couldn't have been better. Our hosts, Graham and Debbie, made us feel very welcome and they couldn't have been more helpful. The annexe itself was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It was very clean and comfortable and it had the added advantage of a beautiful and secure garden. The location was ideal because it was very quiet as we are used to living in a village. Definitely to be recommended."

"We spent a lovely bank holiday weekend at Fletcher's Hall. It was clean, the dogs enjoyed running around the fields, the kids enjoyed the games room, hot tub and swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Fletcher's Hall is positioned in quiet surroundings with easy access to Lytham and Blackpool."

"The flat was immaculate, comfy beds, plenty of parking and absolutely everything you might need- wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend ☺️ Downstairs there is a co op, very good chip shop and a Chinese takeaway, there's a chemist just over the road and a bus stop outside - bus takes about half an hour to get into Blackpool. Nice high street, restaurants and a Booths supermarket all nearby as well."

"Fantastic stay. House location is ace - away enough from the frenzy of the town yet close enough to walk in & enjoy all the attractions. The hot tub was greatly appreciated by our teenagers and us too! Host was very helpful and communicative. Only suggestion would be to have a clothes dryer / line as couldn’t find anything for a lot of wet towels. Would definitely return to this house."
