The hotel has beautiful scenic views and gorgeous interior. The staff at this hotel could not have been more welcoming, starting with reception, to house keeping, to the staff at the spa/pool and lastly but not least the restaurant staff. I did, however, have one negative experience which was that I passed out in the spa sauna - the high tempature and my low blood pressure were not a good mix. 2 good nights sleep. Good size room. King sixe bed and matress zzzzzz. Both meals and breakfasts were great. The staff are very pleasant and polite. They actually look like they enjoy working there. This could be because it is an NHS run hospital so less stressful on the staff. The views are of the River Clyde. Both days we watched the last ocean going steam paddle ship sail past it is the best sight and sound.

I stayed with two friends to do some walking in the Trossachs and Loch Lomond area. fantastic family night. Great value for money. Food was out of this world!!! Only issue the room phone did not work and reception staff told us to contact reception from the room but all the phones in our building have been down for weeks. Pool and spa facilities great. Looking forward to coming back.

Booked a short notice overnight stay in one of the upgraded pods. It was very nice with a very nice location. It was really quiet and peaceful. We booked dinner in the restaurant and the staff wee attentive, accomodating and very polite. The food choice wasnt huge but the quality of the food was good. Lovely hotel right on the side of the Loch a 30 minute walk into town, but has a great restaurant and bar on site. Fab for Loch side walks, parking on site and free

Great hotel

A short but very pleasant stay at the hotel. As I was visiting relatives I didn't use all the hotel facilities but the room was large, quiet and comfortable, albeit a bit dark. Breakfast was excellent as I expected.

Only disclaimer is that this is a review about a budget-mid-price hotel. All the ravings probably don't compare to a hotel that costs £££ per night. Fabulous little find. I booked not realising standard rooms shared the main bathroom. When I arrived it was no problem to upgrade. Breakfast was delish and staff were very attentive. Would definitely recommend this stunning Guest house

Superb luxury hotel .. right on the Loch yet 20 miles or so from Glasgow . Very top end spot yet totally unpretentious . Lots of restaurants and bars , great well appointed room and a common theme of professional staff in all areas of the hotel . Good food and drink options, ample space to socialise and relax. Central and close to transport links when needed

Very handy for the SEC, we had a pizza here for dinner which was well priced and good quality, perfect for a quick meal before a show. Breakfast had an excellent choice.

Had an Amazing time, used the heath suite, before having a lovely dinner, then breakfast in the morning, staff very friendly & so helpful 😀
