I arrived late and was told that I had been moved to a bigger room as the standard rooms of the type I had booked had all gone. Double booking perhaps? I was pleased with this but then found the room’s heating wasn’t working and the room had a small electric radiator instead and, in a rather miserly move I thought, the pods for the Nespresso machine had been removed because “I wasn’t entitled to them”.
