The apartment style room was good, plenty of space. Staff on reception were friendly. Car park was very safe, very comfortable leaving my car there instead of the road.

An easy 10 minute walk from New Street and close to the Jewellery Quarter. Shame all the museums were closed while we were there. Great room facilities and very good customer service. Luggage storage available which was handy on the day we checked out.

Clean good facilities (dish washer fridge etc) all ideal for short stay. Car parking was safe and convenient and flexible departure time. Can be noisy especially as bed positioned by wall adjacent to corridor. .

Staff are friendly, helpful & courteous. Apartment is to decent standard. Everything clean and in order. Easy to park outside of property/side roads - especially out of hours.

Everything was perfect and beyond expectations. Plenty of space in the room and fully equipped with top-of-the-range equipment. TWO TVs, microwave, cooker, etc Shower was superb - hot and powerful. Normally I max temperature on a shower but I still had some way to go on this one! Small but excellently set out gym with a very well maintained (or perhaps newish) CONCEPT 2 rower (for those in the know, this is the absolute best available)! Parking was expensive at £17.50 for "24 hours" alrthough in reality this only meant until checkout but they were flexible on this AND even with this charge the room was amazing value for a city centre hotel of such quality and the car park did feel very safe and secure. EVERY member (without exception) of staff from receptionists to cleaners were friendly and extremely helpful. TBH hard to fault this hotel on anything.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The location is perfect, with easy access to attractions and dining. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and comfortable experience. Five stars!

We had a great stay here for a concert at utilita arena . No pizza available on return but had a pleasant stay in a great apartment and the staff were amazing . Will definitely stay again

Had a friendly welcome to the hotel. I what's apped on two different occasions with no answer and the living room kitchen area was tiny compared to all the advertising photos...this needs to be changed as very misleading . The other 2 rooms were nice and we had a nice time at the markets

We did not plan bc to stay here - the president cancelled less than 24 hours ahead of check in (and we were travelling from canada) and did very little to nothing to accommodate properly. The lobby was updated some - the rooms appeared clean but it was surface - dirty walls, furniture, pillows, etc. u had to get toilet paper from the front desk. We were there 7 nights they never did room cleans our even took the garbage - even tho they were asked. it was quiet. And convenient to get to the canals and downtown

Great accommodation. Tea, coffee, crockery and utensils provided. Good kitchenette. Beds were very comfortable and good power in the shower. Our room was nice and quiet. Great to have secure parking, booked prior to arrival. Would recommend.

I stayed for 4 nights whilst attending a conference. Lovely chap at reception, I was able to check in an hour earlier than scheduled. Unfortunately my request for one double bed as indicated on the pre check in email was not heeded and i was given twin singles, not ideal for solo traveller and bed was short so my feet hung over the end. Close to shops for self catering needs. Lovely running track nearby along the canal stretches for many kilometres of relatively flat and firm surface. Drainage from shower was sluggish and toilet did not flush effectively so perhaps plumbing issues. Close to train station and an easy walk.
