This is a newly refurbished home with, off road parking to the front for a vehicle.
full Central heating radiator system with new boiler installed. Carbon monoxide alarm over the boiler and smoke alarms fitted to ground floor and first floor stairway.


The kitchen spacious and recently renovated, with new appliances, kettle, toaster, Microwave, Cooker, Fridgefreezer, Washing machine.

Fire extinguisher, Fire Blanket and First aid kit at hand.

Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board also available.

Lounge is very spacious with newly fitted carpet, new sofa and wall mounted TV.

The home is well maintained and clean

This home was perfect for our family, we only stayed one night and had an early flight but it was very welcoming upon our arrival to get some much needed rest.

Great place to stay

Stayed for a couple of nights while our daughter had a competition at the BP Pulse arena. Venue was clean and perfect for what we needed. Exactly as shown on the images and description. Check in was easy and well communicated. Host responded to any questions quickly.I would certainly recommend and will be looking at staying here again for future weekends of competitions in the area.
