"I experienced some minor glitches which was resolved and I would like to stay here again on my next visit. The room, especially bathroom was very clean, air conditioning was in good working order and the bed was very comfortable. I am unsure though why they have stopped supplying the little 2-pack biscuits to go with your tea or coffee and glad I didn’t have the kids with me cos they love it🤔. "Brilliant hotel. Stayed for 11 nights whilst volunteering at an event. Ideal location for tram travel and not too noisy despite being on tbe centre. The staff were lovely "
