"This is a fantastic satellite hotel, with easy access to downtown Edinburgh and Edinburgh Airport. My wife and I loved this location. An all-day tram/bus pass gets you into the city center within 15 minutes. Trams are very frequent and super reliable, from/to the city or airport. We ditched the crowds and expensive city hotels. Every morning we had terrific breakfasts at Costa coffee, directly across the street in a small mall, adjacent to the tram station. ALDI is there too. We also hopped a train on ScotsRail and spent a day in Glasgow, The train station is adjacent to the tram. The hotel is first class with all the amenities one might need. The rooms are spacious, modern and well thought out. Sauna & steam room, pool, parking 8£ per day if you sign up with Accor Hotels (no charge). You might guess by now, I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel, and we saved $ doing so. PS. They have a fantastic breakfast offering, but we chose to spend 10£ for 2 at Costa, rather than 40£ for 2 at Novotel. "
