Perfectly situated offering sea views across to Appledore and just a stroll from the wonderful sandy beach, whilst still within easy access of the market town amenities of Barnstaple or Bideford. Perfect for a relaxing and picturesque cottage holiday.

Perfect for our family

The property was clean and tidy, plenty of space for a small family, great for the dog, really appreciated the stair gates at top and bottom of stairs, perfect for the beach and eating houses just round the corner - I can't praise it enough. Thank you so much.
