"The double room was clean & fresh but the 'standard' size double bed does not compare well with the more usual 'queen' size provided in hotels in this price range.
The staff were brilliant ambassadors for the hotel - Maisie & Jenny in particular - always attentive, always happy to engage with guests, always thinking ahead to anticipate the needs of their guests.
The hotel is set well back from the nearby road and there was absolutely no intrusive traffic, or any other, noise to disturb our visit. Parking was extensive and conveniently located."
