The house has been renovated in February 2022 which offers a contemporary feel with new soft furnishings throughout. There is free parking on site plus ample off street parking. The location of the house is tucked away in a quiet friendly residential area just a 10 minute walk from the Flemingate complex which has a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, cinema etc. The space The house comprises of 3 bedrooms, the main double bedroom, twin room, and 3rd bedroom with kids cabin bed (not suitable for an adult) and a family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, induction hob, kettle & toaster. There is ample cupboard space and all cookware and crockery is provided. The dining area offers an extendable table and chairs to comfortably seat 6 people but 8 as a push and a double sofa bed. The lounge area comprises of a sofa , coffee tables & 43″ smart TV access to BBC iPlayer, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video and other catchup services. Subscription needed.
