"My Easter stay at the Celtic Manor was faultless. The staff were helpful, courteous and efficient. A heartfelt thanks to the member of staff who helped me with my bags and gave me a lift to the upper carpark. I am elderly and this gesture was really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a lovely swim in the pool and appreciated a stint in the sauna, which was thoroughly relaxing. The breakfast was brilliant, as always, including a cooked breakfast, choice of fruit, yoghourts, toast etc. I am a coeliac and this is catered for.
