We would certainly stay there again if we are in the area and would recommend to anyone who is visiting East Sussex, an perfect base for many local National Trust places."

"Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom. Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together). Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away."
