"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel - was visiting for a wedding and had an incredibly comfortable stay. The spa was a lovely touch and we used it before heading home. I'd say the food was hit or miss. I had some really lovely food and also some very disappointing food. The breakfast in particular was very disappointing."

"Bit of miscommunication between reception desk and restaurant. We asked at reception what time Breakfast was open the following morning for the August Bank Holiday Monday as we needs to set off early. We were told 6.30am so planned around that only to be told next morning at the restaurant it was 7.30am which messed up our travel plans. "

Parking facility for ev, pre-bookable in advance was very convenient. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when in Ashford. Also, short walking distance to town centre and across the road from train station with service directly into London"
