Living room (kitchen-living room-lounge) with a sofa convertible into a bed for 2 people. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200cm / 3 single beds including 2 pull-out beds). Bathroom (bathtub). Separate WC. Sheet rental. Private terrace. Petanque. Terrace with garden furniture. Private parking. Gîte at the foot of the slopes of the Arêches-Beaufort resort. Good comfort and careful decoration for a warm atmosphere. Pleasant view of the slopes and close to the village center. All shops and services on site. Gite located at the foot of the Arêches slopes, an authentic and preserved village resort in the heart of the Beaufortain massif. 20km away, Les Saisies, famous Olympic Nordic site (120km of slopes). Snowshoe and pedestrian routes nearby. Privileged location for magnificent hikes to high-altitude lakes, between mountain pastures and hamlets with typical houses. Numerous sporting and fun activities between Arêches, Beaufort and Les Saisies. Important religious heritage with the Chemin du Baroque. Marked mountain bike trails. For cyclists, famous Cormet de Roselend between Beaufortain and Tarentaise or the Col du Joly between Savoie and Haute-Savoie. A real breath of fresh air! Guaranteed rejuvenation!
