Loved our stay - staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a great location very close to the lighthouse. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the pool was good fun. Thank you to all the staff!

The hotel in lovely and obviously caters for the ‘Up Market’ clientele that they get given the proximity to the fashionable town of Biarritz, however Breakfast was not included and cost 26€ each!!!!! Far too much for a continental breakfast with additional hot items extra! Also be aware you are right next to an airport and will get occasional jet noise (not that busy though.

This is such a lovely small hotel, situated in a great location set just back on one of the busy streets in Biarritz. It is right next to all the shops, bars & restaurants and the beach is just a short walk away. The daily market situated just across the road is full of really fresh produce and you can also sit for a coffee and a snack or a glass of wine if you prefer. Even though it is so close to everything it is not noisy.

To stay at this hotel is to experience gracious living and elegance at its very best. We started coming here three years ago.to celebrate our wedding anniversary and now make a point of coming back each year. The hotel remembers each year the reason for our stay without reminding and go out of their way to make our celebration special. Very well located for main town and a truly charming hotel

hotel is a 15 mins walk from beach which has it's advantages as town centre often seemed grid locked with traffic

Hotel is lovely with a great location to centre 10 minutes and everything you need is there. A small thing but getting free coffee and cakes anytime of day was really nice especially when the coffee was so good. Would definitely stay there again and really hope to

Stressful start to our stay. After a very long and hot drive, the welcome we received was most unhelpful. Despite the website stating that there is car parking, we arrived to be told that it was full. No alternatives were offered, not even a map showing where other car parks could be found. When I asked, I was told that there are car parks in the town. The streets are very tight and most are one way so it is difficult to negotiate. Spacious room with enclosed deck area although directly overlooked by balconies of rooms above. Had hoped there would be bit of grass in the ‘garden’ for the dog as per other hotels on our trip, but totally covered with decking meant we had to take dog through hotel to entrance for a wee first thing in the morning. Hotel right next to public beach with nice beach bar and other amenities.
