"Beautiful hotel, perfect location, with kind, helpful and friendly staff. Lovely spa. Our city view room experienced quite a lot of noise from the road and early morning hotel deliveries. The experience in an ocean front room is completely different, but comes at a premium at almost double the price. Saint Jean de Luz is a charming town and the Basque coast is beautiful."

"In a great spot with parking on site if booked ahead. The room was small and dominated by the bed. The bathroom was a wet room style and pretty much everything in there did get wet because it was small. Good place to stop for one night, not sure it was a large enough room to stay for significantly longer."
