I had a wonderful stay at this lovely small boutique hotel. The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and only minutes away from excellent restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Despite being so conveniently located, the hotel offers a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquillity. Loved our stay - staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a great location very close to the lighthouse. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the pool was good fun. Thank you to all the staff!

Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff.

A return visit to Biarritz to take in some sea air! The hotel was situated right above the beach, but also two minutes from the main shopping street. We had paid extra for a balcony, but unfortunately it was rather too windy during our visit for us to take much advantage of it! Enjoyed a meal in the hotel's restaurant on our second night and a nightcap in the hotel bar.

To stay at this hotel is to experience gracious living and elegance at its very best. We started coming here three years ago.to celebrate our wedding anniversary and now make a point of coming back each year. This is such a lovely small hotel, situated in a great location set just back on one of the busy streets in Biarritz. It is right next to all the shops, bars & restaurants and the beach is just a short walk away. The daily market situated just across the road is full of really fresh produce and you can also sit for a coffee and a snack or a glass of wine if you prefer. Even though it is so close to everything it is not noisy.

A great hotel 1 minute away from the hustle & bustle. Balcony room was large & immaculate & staff were friendly & helpful. If you are driving be warned - parking is a nightmare. If you find a space leave the car there until you are ready to leave ! 24 hour parking is available 5 minutes away at a cost.

The design is excellent with a stylish and relaxing and attractive shared area around the lobby (a patio, library, breakfast area). The service was great, our host booked a recommended restaurant for us. The room was well designed and clean and well appointed, and everything functioned flawlessly including fast wifi. Would highly recommend this place. Parking was not included, but two reasonable parking buildings are nearby (10-15 euros). We luckily found street parking directly outside...

hotel is a 15 mins walk from beach which has it's advantages as town centre often seemed grid locked with traffic

A lovely hotel in the heart of Biarritz with the most helpful and friendly hotel staff I have ever come across. I will definitely go back and highly recommend the hotel. Truly Excellent.

Lovely hotel right in the middle of the old town close to the beaches, shops and restaurants. We had a superior double room which was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. Whilst we didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel due the abundance of super cafe’s all within a few minutes walk of the hotel it was available and looked good. Stressful start to our stay. After a very long and hot drive, the welcome we received was most unhelpful. Despite the website stating that there is car parking, we arrived to be told that it was full. No alternatives were offered, not even a map showing where other car parks could be found. When I asked, I was told that there are car parks in the town. The streets are very tight and most are one way so it is difficult to negotiate. The car parks in the town all have height barriers so our car,...
