The property is centrally located with clean and modern rooms.
There was a good selection and variety of foods for breakfast.
The hotel offers beach towels, beach umbrellas,chairs, etc. for guests' use which is a very nice touch.
We found all staff, especially reception to be friendly and helpful.
We have no hesitation in recommending the Mercure Biarritz and would definitely stay again.
