"We traveled with our family and friends, including a one-year-old child. When booking, we specifically chose this apartment because it was listed as having two bathrooms. However, upon arrival, we found that there was only one. This caused a lot of inconvenience — it took us more than an hour for everyone to finish their evening showers. One of our friends even decided to leave a day early, which made the whole trip quite unpleasant.In addition, almost all the kitchen items were within the child’s reach, and there were no cabinets to keep things out of the way. I had to stay alert all the time, which was very stressful.The number of bathrooms is a very basic piece of information about an apartment, and I find it unacceptable that this was listed incorrectly."

"Lovely place, host was great. Only downside was the amount of stairs. I know it's a loft apartment but we weren't aware of just how many steps (seven flights). Two of our family are 80 and luckily very fit so they coped but it became a challenge. If you're fit and dont mind the steps then it's totally worth it.Overall we loved our stay, the apartment is very interesting and spacious."

"The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well stocked. The location, just off Hastings town, was really well positioned for exploring the local area. There were a few issues with check-in communication, which were resolved quickly. Disappointed that the sofa bed hadn’t been made up ahead of our stay, as it was part of the main write up. Again, a few communication issues surrounding this which resulted in this not being resolved. Overall a great apartment and location - given the issues above I didn’t feel a 5 star rating was justified. "
