We could only message hotel .com, but the staff told us just to wait until the morning on the check in day, it was so frustrating as we waited but they didn't contact us. "Great location and exceptionally clean. The apartment was modern, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay. Host communication was quick and helpful throughout. The only thing to keep in mind for light sleepers is that during the summer, with the windows open, noise from the passing tube trains can be quite noticeable. Aside from that, we had a fantastic stay and would still highly recommend it!"
